In recognition of the status of women in Omani society, HM Sultan Qaboos bin Said has allocated 17th October as Omani Women’s Day. We, at the Centre of Studies & Research, celebrate the achievements and contributions of Omani women in the field of health and clinical research whilst overcoming challenges and barriers faced. The day also serves as a reminder of the advancement of research culture through the local female workforce in the Sultanate of Oman.
